Cashless Hotel

Mercure Roeselare is a cashless hotel, you can pay with Payconiq, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, JCB, Maestro and bank transfer. We do not accept cash

What happens to gift cards that are expired ?

All our vouchers are valid for one year from the date of purchase. If you wish to extend this, a 50% administration fee will be added.

Does the hotel offer take-away?

Yes. You are welcome in the lobby of the hotel 24/24 to pick up a take-away dish. For this we work together with Beet, an external caterer from our region. They provide us with fresh meals, or to heat up, soups, wraps, salads, quiches, etc. In addition, we also offer sweet and salty snacks, soft drinks, local beers, wines and liqueurs. 

What are the opening hours of the fitness?

VIQTUS is located on the fifth floor of the hotel and is open daily from 6 am to 11 pm. Every hotel guest gets free access to the fitness by means of the key card with which he / she can also enter the room. Towels, fruit and (infused) water are provided by us. On the homepage of this website you will find a link to the VIQTUS website.

Do the bathrooms have a bath or a shower?

Most bathrooms are fitted with a shower. If you would like a bath, please mention this when making your reservation.

What will my data be used for?

We process the personal information you have provided to us through this website and collect information about the transactions you undertake including details of payment cards used. This is to handle your bookings and inquiries in order to provide tailor-made services, and to provide information about our products and services that we offer and to improve them. Are group bookings accepted?

In what form is breakfast offered?

Mercure Roeselare serves an extensive daily breakfast buffet in the hotel's brasserie. Both hotel guests and external guests can enjoy this.
On weekdays it is possible to have breakfast until 10 a.m., on weekends and public holidays this is possible until 11 a.m.

Is the brasserie open?

You are most welcome in our Brasserie for lunch from Monday to Friday and in the evening from Monday to Saturday.
Our restaurant is closed on Sunday.


Kitchen opening hours are as follows:
- Monday to Friday 12 noon to 2:30 pm (except on holidays)
- Monday to Saturday 6 pm to 9:30 pm

Can the hotel accommodate disabled people?

We have two adapted rooms and our public areas (including reception, bar and restaurant) are wheelchair accessible. Please mention this with your reservation as the available number of this room type is limited.

What are the cancellation conditions?

The cancellation conditions depend on the rate type you choose. Details about your rate type can be found on your confirmation email after booking. With flexible rate types, you can cancel as a guest up to 6 p.m. on the day of arrival. After that, all costs will be charged.

Is smoking allowed? Does the hotel have smoking rooms available?

No! Smoking is not allowed inside the hotel. An external smoking area is at the disposal of our guests. If we notice that smoking was taking place within the walls of the hotel, we are forced to charge a service charge of € 250.

When can I check in? When do I have to check out?

On the day of arrival, your room is available from 3 pm. You must vacate your room before 12 noon on the day of departure. If you wish to check in earlier or check out later, you can always contact us. This is certainly possible if availability permits, with a supplement.

Are pets allowed in the hotel?

Only guide dogs and therapy dogs are allowed in the hotel.
